Should you wish to rent the clubhouse at Green Summers please contact Susan Tesone at 678-965-6834.

*A $200 deposit is required. This can be dropped off at Susan's house at 4620 Green Summers Dr. The check should be made out to Access Management and will be returned after the rental date and the clubhouse is inspected. This is a change. Checks do not need to be mailed to Access Management any longer.

*There is a $25 rental fee (this will go into a fund that will help with items needed for clubhouse...such as TV, vacuum, more comfortable seating, fireplace logs, etc) (This is currently pending and not in affect.)

*The kitchen is fully furnished.

*The clubhouse is non smoking.

*Each booking is for a full day, so there will be no double bookings.

*After you get confirmation from Susan, she will post your event/reservations on the community calendar, Please do not post it there yourself.

When renting the clubhouse, please remember to leave it neat and clean, lock the door between the bathrooms and the main clubhouse. Let Susan know and she will get in touch with Access Management.
